Seale Road

Bro. Charlie Short is the associate pastor of Seale Road Baptist Church. He has   a God given passion for the lost and less fortunate. It is his greatest desire to see people saved and their lives changed by the power of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Bro. Charlie Short has been a member at Seale Road Baptist Church  for over 28 years were he was ordained a deacon October 11, 1998 by Pastor Greg Cotter . On July 18, 2004 Bro. Charlie Short was ordained by Pastor R.G.Blackwell in the ministry of the gospel.

Bro. Charlie served as a coach at the Phenix-Russell Boys Club in the the early 80's. He ministers to the inmates and staff at the Russell County Jail. God has opened a door for him to serve the Muscogee County Youth Court. He and his wife are advocates for the homeless community and serves them through the para- ministry of Seale Road known as G.O.T.O (Gathering of the Outcast ) Ministries.

He is the proud husband of Phyllis Short of 39 years. The devoted father of 5 adult children; Carlos, Yakeisha, Michael, Greg, and Chris. The grandfather of 9 and great grandfather of 2.
